Guests are responsible for all electric charges exceeding $75 per week, $125 per 2 weeks, $175 per 3 weeks and $200 per month & thereafter.

Property Mgr was great to work with. Home needs some updates for the price point such as cleaning crew to clean the windows (full of dead ants in MB) Glass Sliders, a good vaccuum and master bed--guest beds, new linen/pillows. Stopped at Bealls Outlet, purchased pillows, sheets, etc. then gave them to a friend after our stay. Mgt/Owner should consider a new cleaning company-obtain a new pool net to scoop bugs, offer a bike or two--again considering price point these are minor suggestions. Overall, home fit all the needs, close to shopping, drive to beach-park car, walk and enjoy day. Pool area great-water temperature no problems. Overall, happy with the home-gave cleanliness a 3-if I stay with family I clean before I leave sometimes better than it was before I came- Mgt Company excellent-Property Owners have a great home and would return again. Thank you for an enjoyable February vacation month!
