Close to the beach at this 4 bedroom house w/ long water views from you very own screened-in lanai. Large dock area guests can fish from if they desire, also large space to dock that boat.
Kick back, relax and float around in the heated pool that is offered. Large screened-in lanai surrounding the entire area. Fire up the grill for the family and enjoy dinner out on the outdoor table and umbrella.
For all you cooks out there fully equipped kitchen in this luxurious setup, complete with stainless appliances and granite countertops. All one would need to prepare that feast for the family. Don't worry about missing much as the open concept allows one to still be a part of the fun.
Master bedroom offers a king bed. Long water views as well as access to the lanai area. Master bathroom complete with both a walk-in shower and separate tub. Flat screen tv.
Second bedroom offers a queen bed as does the third bedroom. A second full bath is nearby these rooms, complete with a walk-in shower.
The final bedroom offers a beautiful new comfortable day bed for that extra 4th sleeping option.
Beach gear provided for all you beachgoers. Multiple chairs and umbrella. Cart provided to ease the transport of. Bunch of beach towels provided as well.

Property condition
Family vacation and the house had everything we needed. Expected to eat out while on vacation but the kitchen was so well stocked we only ate out one time, cooked each night. Close to the beach. We loved every part of this house and will definitely be coming back.
