The condo and property were very clean and well maintained. The layout was perfect for our family of 4. It's just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The only change I might make is adding a small dresser to the 2nd bedroom. Definitely not a make or break thing though. We can't wait to come back!

Marco island is a total escape from reality. There is a magic to this island that you just can’t get enough of so if you are lucky enough like our family you will return as often as possible. Never stayed at the Essex before but was very happy we did. South building is way too go as it is closer to pool and beach entrance. And don’t forget to enjoy all those beautiful sunsets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The property was very clean and the condo was nicely updated. Walking distance from the beach and great restaurants that did not disappoint. The only suggestion was that the beds in the second bedroom were extremely soft with no support. Other than that, the place and vacation was great!

S-402 at Essex was as described. Good island location, quiet complex with good amenities. The unit was nicely updated with nice comfortable furnishings. The only complaint we would have is that cleaners could have done a little better job before our arrival, a minor complaint that wouldn't stop us from staying at S-402 again. The rental agency did a top-notch job; we would rent through them again. Thanks for a great start to 2022!

The location is terrific - close to the beach and within walking distance of some restaurants and shops. Cycling was delightful. Beach yoga, special as always. Easy to locate and the management company very responsive and competent. Property equipped with all necessary and pertinent beach "toys".

We had a wonderful stay in this Essex condo. The unit was very clean and well stocked The location was perfect for us as it was a 5 minute walk to the beach.
