The amenities in this 275 unit complex include 2 Olympic-size swimming pools, two hot tubs, boat docks, marina, three tennis courts, shuffleboard and gas grills convenient to each building. Watch the dolphins play while you fish from the dock at the marina or just enjoy watching the boats go by at idle speed.

Overall the vacation was fine and we would like to rent D203 again next Feb. However it is time for an
upgrade in furniture and the tub fixtures. Also the
doors lock can be difficult.

We had a great time at Riverside and we were very pleased with D203 although they could use a new sofa and more comfortable patio furniture. In any case we are prepared to put a payment in and stay at D203 next February.

We have been enjoying our rental at Riverside for the past seven years and enjoying every minute of it. the staff is very helpful and friendly, we recommend this property very highly. Plan to return next year.

The location of this unit is very desirable. It is greatly in need of updating. The living room furniture is old, worn and very soiled. Except for the Murphy Bed room, the carpets need replacing.

My husband and I have been coming to Riverside Club for the last five years, we just love it there, it is very peaceful and beautiful. Everyone in management are very helpful and kind.
The grounds are always kept in good condition and the view is wonderful. We plan to keep coming as long as we are able.

our niece and her husband own a condo so we have always stayed in theirs. This time we tried to get more family together and it worked out very well. We were able to have dinners together, grill out, swim and play tennis. All went well. Thank you all so much. We would recommend Riverside to anyone.

We have rented at Harborview many times and have always had a great experience. The unit was clean and we loved the deck view. It was nice to have the 2 bathroom option. The location to the pools was great. We will be coming back.

We love coming to Reverside Club, have been coming for the last four years and have had a great time each year. It offers all the things we are looking for. It has privacity if you want and also social activates. needless to say we enjoy it very much and will continue to come each year.
