San Marco Residences #303

Unit was clean and very close to beach access..I managed to lock myself out of the unit on a Sunday of course..after finding and calling the after hrs emer #, Dean was there within 15 min, turning my panic into relief faster than I could have imagined.. will def stay again in future

This apartment was clean, the whole apartment complex was clean.

The condo was very clean had everything needed for our stay. The location directly across the street from the beach access and having the pool on site was great too. Love this place and will plan to be back again next year...

Two week vacation, great location with beach access across the street, able to walk to restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend this condo building.

As in the past, we throughly enjoyed our stay. When in need of items for conso( wash clothes, cleaning,) We we’re reimbursed and new wash clothes provided.

We had a lovely visit! We were only there for 4 nights- and the weather was chillier than hoped for such a short stay, but we made the most of it. The access to the beach was so convenient! The unit was clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning when we can swim in the beautiful pool. We highly recommend this location!

We enjoyed our stay! The check-in was super easy. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. The only feedback I have is the decor could use an update and the TV was functional, but it has a giant crack running through the screen.

We had a great time. The location, comfort and quality of the unit was great.

The rental was very nice . My only complaint is that I was told we would have access to the Marriot Restaurants . That was not true as Marriot restricted to their residents during the weekend Very disappointed

Very GOOD!!!

Our room was great. Clean, organized, quiet and cozy. It was directly across the street from the public beach access and there were plenty of restaurants within a few minutes of driving. The pool was nice and the laundry was easy to access. I loved having a full kitchen and a nice sized balcony to sit on before bedtime. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, but I have to remember to bring my tennis gear next time! There is a great court by the parking lot!

The condo had everything you’d need. Super clean and comfortable king bed. My two younger children slept comfortably on the pull out sofa bed. The balcony was spacious and had a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast and your morning coffee. Front closet had beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards which was great to use at the beach! Walk to the beach was only 5 minutes! Great location close to the beach and the JW Marriott. Our family loved this beach vacation!

Great! We loved staying in #303 due to the location and for Marco the price was very fair. The pool was great and the proximity to the public access was great! The condo was very clean but the patio from the kitchen could use some work as well as the drains as they were slow to drain in the shower and kitchen sink. We plan to be back! Thanks so much!

Good stay- overall convenient to JW Marriott about 1 block away. Condo was very clean. Bedroom needed darker shade- light is on just outside made it difficult to sleep. Had difficulty finding sheets for sofa sleeper- some were very worn. But overall worked out well. They did forget to put gate code on paperwork.

What a great time!!! My first trip to Marco Island. Found this gem of a condo tucked directly across street from beach access. Condo was very clean and well equipped with both kitchen and beach items. Renting ease was very good.including communication along the way. Unit was dated and had some deferred maintenance but all in all for the price, we would stay here again without hesitation. Best bang for the buck!

Good experience. Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. AC worked well. Some road noise. Clean and neat. Property located on 3rd floor, elevator convenient. Pool and tennis courts on property. Loved the security gates. I would recommend.

The unit we stayed in could use some updates in the bedroom and bathroom but otherwise a great experience. The heated pool and proximity to the beach were key to the appeal of this condo. Highly recommend!

Enjoy and appreciate the proximity of the residence to the beach and business. Like the intimately of the residence. Clean, cared for, and secure. Private residence clean, most utensils available. Updates that would be appreciated. Cable,, blinds in bedroom.

Plenty of linens and towels. The condo overall needs to be updated.

It was very nice. The WIFI connection for my room did not work but it the desk said it would the whole stay. That is my only complaint

I was very satisfied with our rental. It was neat and clean, the air worked great, and all I can say is location, location, location. It was so easy to get to the beach! That was our main purpose of the trip and your rental made it very easy!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Would suggest a smaller dining table and one or two less chairs in living room to create an open space. Also WiFi is essential

Property was excellent...very clean, nice furniture and the kitchen was well equipped. HOWEVER, whoever set up the condo failed to turn on the hot water and we had two days of cold showers. I gave up cold showers in Vietnam!!! I expect some future consideration should be given for this!!! When you find out there is no hot water on Saturday night and the management company returns on Monday morning, then certainly reconsideration is in order. Otherwise, we were very pleased.

The shower in this unit needs a grab bar for safety.

Accomodations were very adequate. Location was excellent...right across the street from the gulf. Condo appeared to be clean but when I accidentally broke a small lightbulb and was cleaning it up, I realized how dirty the tiled floors were.

The location is excellent for walking to restaurants and to access the beach.

The location of the property was perfect. Access to the beach was just across the street. The building property was very clean, the other residence were very friendly. I would definently stay there again and recommend the area to friends.

The property needs to be updated. This applies to the living room furniture and appliances in the kitchen. The shower had to have a new liner but is not very safe because it has no safety bars.

The condo was a great value....VERY nice and comfortable for the money. I had a meeting at the Marriot and it was a short walk. The beach was also within easy access down a paved, shaded walkway. I will be back.
