This property was very nice and the listing was very accurate. There are many restaurants within walking distance, along with the beach. The condo was very spacious and was very clean. My husband and I enjoyed going to Pinchers, Sami's, Stonewalls and Verdi's bistro when dining out. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and plan on returning in the future.

It met our needs.

Perfect vacation spot right across the street from public access to relaxing beach. Short walk to great restaurants. Condo is not fancy, but very functional and comfortable for two adults.

This was perfect! Great location to the beach for easy access and size for two. Very quiet and was located perfectly with short distances to food and shopping. Everything that was needed was supplied and was clean and set up very well.

The unit was very clean & comfortable. Location was very convenient. My only issue was with sheets and towels. Sheets and some towels were stained. Luckily there were plenty of towels so I could sort through them. Perhaps the owner or management could update the linens. It is a very nice place.

Everything from renting the apartment to the arrival and departure was very easy. No complications. My family and I realy loved it (two adults, two kids), it was clean and well maintained. Access to the beach is just across the steet or using the pool downstairs. Definately coming back.

The rental was in a perfect location, short walk to beach. Access was right in front of the building. I called the rental company because there was no beach umbrella and they were very responsive, brought one almost immediately! If I had a complaint It would be the window shades, it would be nice to have room darkening shades. Short walk to the Marriott for a wedding reception across the street.

Great rental which had everything we needed including beach chair and easy access to the beach. Neat and clean. Staff was great in adjusting our rental dates due to unplanned circumstances. Appreciate the staff and fully enjoyed our rental.

Had a great time staying at the condo, right across the street from the beach which was nice. Condo is a good walk from any place to enjoy a few drinks or dinner, but that might not be all bad either.

We booked this unit as a last minute vacation to Marco Island. The location was perfect and the unit was perfect for our needs. Right across the street from the beach access walkway and within walking distance or a two minute drive to many restaurants and shops.

Perfect location in Marco Isand, walk to the gorgeous beach,relax on the balcony,play tennis, even BBQ dinner .
This unit is clean but could use some TLC (shower update, screen repairs).
Overall a nice condo. We would stay here again.

The rental was exactly as pictured online and super clean! The location was great and very close to the beach. The only issue that we had was on our third night- the air conditioning unit was not working when we got home from dinner. The unit reached about 80 degrees after several hours of not working when it randomly started working again even though the unit was set to 69 degrees. Other than that brief issue, the stay was fabulous and we would definitely book it again!

this property is perfectly located across from beach access and with a waterview. located across from high end condos and the Marriott.I would be interested in a 2 bedroom next time and there will be a next. I have been going to Marco since the late 1980's. Did not stay longer because of a family illness in Miami, we decided on a short stay

Accommodations and location were great. Excellent dining. places nearby. Met several others on vacation who were very friendly and also seemed to be enjoying their experience.

Largely positive. Property was very clean, conveniently located, and well furnished. My only complaints are the limited hours of the "front desk" and the lack of toiletries (specifically extra toilet paper) in the bathroom.

I have been coming to Marco for about the past 8 years. The beach access is directly across the street. There are restaurants, BeBe's ice cream, and a movie theater all within walking distance. Harbor view is so quiet. There were 2 notebooks in the unit I was in with information regarding my stay. It would be beneficial to all if you went thru them and made 1 notebook. As the 2 conflict each other and causes confusion. And please include the taxi service numbers. I appreciated the locked gates at every entrance to the condo. However, they don't do much good if you have a tenant who is always propping them open. This went on during the weekend and nights even when painters weren't there.And the maintenance man knocked on my door 3 times and then just came on in. Scared me to death! I know you had to paint, but a note on the door would have sufficed. (and they still hadn't painted that patio yet when I left) This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed, great beach access, polite, and very polite staff. I will definitely be staying at Harborview again. Thank you for a perfect visit.

The location of this condo is perfect for a couple that vacation in Marco Island for the beaches! The public access is directly across the street! It's also close to restaurants and shopping. Check in/checkout was simple. Very nice!

The location is great being right across from a beach access path. You're not "right on the beach", but it didn't dampen our experience. The pool is small, but we spent all of our time at the beach. The kitchen was large and updated allowing us to save big on meals. I would recommend highly and would repeat.

The condo is immaculate, everything you need except an umbrella for the beach. Literally steps away from the beach, sunsets and shelling were awesome. Definitely have the French toast at Nene's restaurant.

Nearly everything about our trip was great. The only problem we encountered is the Wi-Fi in Unit 507 was not working during our one week stay. This is a nice condo directly across the street from the beach and I highly recommend it.

close to beach when upstairs clients came in on last two nights of stay- things were not as peaceful. Always heard movement (furniture moving heavy walking, showers)

Perfect condo with great views!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our 14 days at the San Marco Residence. Being in 507 was wonderful. Especially liked seeing the sunset from the patio.

The 18 " tiles throughout the unit were great.

I was able to talk many great walks in the town and on the beach.

Would definitely rent this unit again.

On the positive side, the apartment was excellent in terms of appearance and amenities. We would have preferred a door rather than a curtain to the bedroom. The view from the porch gave us a peek of the ocean and the sunsets, but the traffic on Collier was so heavy that sitting out for dinner wasn't really possible.
We appreciated the heated pool and having Mary Lynne available to answer our questions. But, we wished that the rental company had provided some information about the nearest Publix grocery story and the laundry facility in writing for example. We enjoyed the heated pool and the quietness of the pool area. The location of the apartment would have been ideal because of proximity to the beach access and the short walk to fine dining, but the noise of Collier Blvd. traffic was definitely a drawback.
Because we arrived after the rental office had closed for the day, we had to call the emergency number to learn where the entrance to the apartment and parking was located. Again, some of this information could have been provided in writing as a part of the information sent to us. Overall, we enjoyed our trip, felt safe in the facility, and found other guests to be friendly.

we had another great experience at San Marco Residences for the 4th year in a row. The location near the beach and the Marriott is super and the view of the sunsets over the Gulf
were often spectacular. The rental agent and the condo management were very helpful and accomodative. We hope to be back next year.

The unit was absolutely beautiful, and the view from the balcony was breath taking. Sunset every night from the balcony. It is a perfect location and I can't wait to get back there. The people at Harbor View realty were awesome. I like it so much that I want to some day be an owner in that building.

We felt the floor to be a little sandy when we first walked in. Since we are often picking up after ourselves a small vac would be good to have especially for bathroom. In additional an extra face or bath towel would be great. Overall nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Marco residences very much. We found the pool area a bit small but otherwise the location was excellent and the accomodations very comfortable.

This is my third stay at Marco Residences. I now come twice a year. The complex is well maintaned, the pool and surrounding area is very nice with a grill to cook up tasty burgers and steaks!! The office staff are always very helpful and pleasant, including Freddie, who does a great job with maintenance! The location is great, directly across from beach access, ideally situated on the isalnd. The only drawbacks to the unit we stayed in this time, no door on bedroom to close out light or noise from rest of condo and the bathroom fan was extremely loud and obnoxious with no way to turn off. Other than that, condo was nicely furnished, immaculately clean and nice appliances, counters. Already booked to come back again in November.

Three suggestions to make it a perfect rental:

1. Tv in bedroon
2. better beach chairs (tommy bahama) These were VERY uncomfortable and larger guests would really be stressed.
3. Garbage disposal.

otherewise a really nice condo.
