South Seas Tower 3 #1005

This condo far exceeded our expectations. The balcony view to the shoreline is second to none. This was our first time staying in Marco, but definitely had no complaints. It’s location on the island is quiet and serene. The updated kitchen appliances were nice with the dishwasher being extremely quiet. We had plenty of beach chairs, towels and coolers with laundry facilities just around the corner. Mattresses were very comfortable. Tastefully decorated and check in / check out were seamless. Something to consider if you have difficulty walking is the 6-8 minute walk to the shoreline. However, we didn’t seem to mind. After all, what better place to walk than on the beach . We had a wonderful family vacation and loved this condo. Highly recommend!

Great vacation spot

WE had a great time and outstanding weather.
Condo is small but it does have beds for 6 people plus a pull out couch.
View is great and was clean.
AC is very loud, but we mostly kept the doors/windows open. Unit could use a few more tables, as we were using bins for nightstands!
We would return if the price wasn't so high.

Had plenty of beach chairs and towels. Appreciated the beach wagon and cooler. Very clean upon arrival. Would agree with other reviews about the A/C being loud, but we didn’t seem to mind. Something to consider if you have difficulty walking is the 6-8 minute walk to the actual shoreline. Check in/check out we’re seamless. Overall, loved this condo and would stay again !

We loved the unit and it was super clean

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The views of the beach and sunset were breathtaking. It is a little bit of a hike to the water, but we definitely preferred this quiet end of the beach. Will be back for sure!!

The condo was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay-the view was breathtaking(especially in the morning with a cup of coffee). It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioner was loud (especially at night). But overall the experience was amazing!

The first thing I noticed was how well the condo was furnished. Next thing was how clean it was. Normally I vacation in SC and rental condos there are notoriously not clean upon arrival. This condo was a very pleasant surprise! Walk to the beach is a bit far, but the wagon, chairs, umbrella made the trek very easy. Definitely recommend this property and look forward to my next visit.

We have a great time staying in the unit for a week. The unit was well stocked with towels and beach gear. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for cooking/eating. Great views from the balcony- shaded in the morning and evening. Laundry down the hall was easy. Never a wait even during the busy week. We read earlier reviews that there was construction noise. We didn't hear any construction. I would recommend this to families with kids. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. We had a minor issue with the bath tub that was fixed immediately. Only downside is the physical keys needed to move around and in/out of the property. Wish the condo association would update to using key cards or key pads.

A/C very loud, hard to hear when in room, about 65% of light bulbs were not working or missing, dishwasher did not clean dishes. we hand washed dishes and then in dishwasher. The 2 single beds in second bedroom had new mattresses but they were so cheap and soft very hard to sleep on.

My husband and I stayed here in December 2020 and it was a great experience. The unit was very comfortably furnished with everything we needed, included beach chairs and other equipment. Great ocean view from the balcony, easy beach access, and easy to walk to several restaurants nearby. The only blip was that several glasses had not been properly cleaned when we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay though we had to leave two weeks early due to Covid Virus. The view was beautiful and the condo was very clean. The up dates we suggested the year before were done including replacing twin mattresses and cleaning the carpet. The TV in the living room is a very small old fashion TV and would love to see that updated. Thank you for sharing your condo

The unit was not what we expected with the cost and the pictures of it were deceiving. The unit needed to have some attention as far as the things that were tore up. You can tell the owner didn’t take pride in their condo. Also, unit was not ocean front it was ocean view. It was a 1/2 mile walk to the shore line and we would have not rented it if we had know that. It just wasn’t up
to our satisfaction.

Had a great time and this unit was fine. TV could use an update and the twin mattresses need to be replaced, but overall this was a great unit & we throughlly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying. Very comfortable beds. Decor pleasant. Good view. Location convenient from restaurant and coffee shop.The guard @ gate is pleasant

A hike to the water, but well worth it. Beautiful view - almost no people - best week to visit at a good price.

This is the second time and we are signed up for a third year in the South Seas Tower 3. It is about the best spot to enjoy your visit on Marco island with great views of the Gulf and beach no matter what unit you are in.
