The unit, SouthseasTower 3 #606 was very clean and comfortable and modern. Both bedrooms had ceiling fans, but we never did figure out how to turn them on after trying all switches. Maybe they just didn’t work. Fortunately, there was a small fan in a closet which we used. We never turn off our ceiling fans at home. Also, was not a fan of the HVAC thermostat. Some days were chilly for southern FL and the thermostat did not allow settings above 74°.
