A condo in a great location that needs some updates

Overall, we had a great time during our stay in this unit. The building is in a great location for accessing the beach. The pool has recently been renovated and is good size. The condo itself is very nice but given a little more attention could be great. The kitchen really needs the most updates. All the appliances work, but are fairly old and the dishwasher especially should be replaced. The largest plates won’t fit standing up and allow the spinner to move. The utensils, dishes, pots, and pans are old and need to be replaced. Many light bulbs were either missing or burned out with no replacements provided. There were only a handful of hangers. There’s no TV in the 2nd bedroom. All the towels and sheets are old and need to be replaced. The furniture and decorations are nice. The beach supplies were many and in good shape. We were satisfied with everything for the week we were there but would probably look for a different unit next time until these issues were addressed.
