This is my third stay at Marco Residences. I now come twice a year. The complex is well maintaned, the pool and surrounding area is very nice with a grill to cook up tasty burgers and steaks!! The office staff are always very helpful and pleasant, including Freddie, who does a great job with maintenance! The location is great, directly across from beach access, ideally situated on the isalnd. The only drawbacks to the unit we stayed in this time, no door on bedroom to close out light or noise from rest of condo and the bathroom fan was extremely loud and obnoxious with no way to turn off. Other than that, condo was nicely furnished, immaculately clean and nice appliances, counters. Already booked to come back again in November.
