Excellent time. We loved the view from our balcony. You could watch all the activity of people heading to residents beech and walking up and down the street. You could also see the ocean between the building.The access to resident beach was perfect. You could see all the cars lined up to try to get into the public parking across the street and we just walked over. The condo was in great condition. Plenty of beach chairs and even fishing poles. Pool was wonderful and met a lot of very nice people.
