We were scheduled to rent this condo in March 2020 but postponed due to Covid (and the owner and management company were incredibly kind about rebooking). We were a little concerned about recent reviews before heading down there, but our concerns were unfounded: the condo is beautiful (and beautifully redone); it was spotless when we arrived; there were brand new sofas in the unit; the sheets and bath towels were in excellent shape (and seemed new); and there is a knife sharpener in the knife block so we just sharpened the knives and they worked great. The wraparound balcony is wonderful. The beach is beautiful – a bit of a walk, but not at all difficult. Our only complaints were: there were only 4 old, tattered beach towels (unit sleeps 6 and there were 5 of us); the laundry is inconvenient and a bit pricey; and the pool is very small to accommodate 2 buildings (and was always overcrowded). But I don’t think those would prevent us from returning.
