We arrive on Saturday and the pool was 62 degrees. We called the management company, they never called back. The kids couldn’t use the pool for 3 days. We used the pool for Tuesday and Wednesday only. After that the pool was freezing again. We continued to call the management company but they never responded. Overall the house was clean but extremly disappointed on the pool. We decided to stay at a house this year paying extra for a pool however it was a huge disappointment.
