Great Location, but needs a little Love.

The Condo is in a Great Location, but needs some love. Paint chipping, torn curtains, rods are falling down, no lock on patio doors, beach umbrella broken and you don’t find that out until you get to the beach with it. Bed sheets had stains on them.
