Overall this house was perfect for our week on Marco island. The house could use a little maintenance, but didn’t take anything away from our stay. There is a ton of beach gear (though a lot was broken), a bunch of bikes but all were broken in one form or another. (Missing seat, missing pedal, broken chains, flat tires) so unfortunately we didn’t use them, and fishing poles with no lines in them. Lots of pool toys, coolers, beach chairs available. We loved having a grill at the house available, and the pool was just perfect! The two kayaks were such fun, we went out with them every morning and enjoying seeing all the wildlife and dolphins come right to us, what a neat experience! House is beautifully decorated, fully stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you may need. The neighborhood is beautiful and super quiet and close to everything, just not much for walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again!
