Pros: Modern, very well equipped kitchen (exceptional for a Vrbo); Comfortable living area; Plenty of beach chairs/towels; Great view; Very clean unit; Overall building/grounds/facilities very well maintained with a fitness center; Laundry available for a fee in the building; Covered parking; Good walking distance to a number of restaurants (make reservations early in season); staff were very responsive to wifi not working.Cons: A LONG walk to the water/beach (not uncommon for Marco but probably 1/4 mile – sand is pretty hard so fairly firm surface to walk on though); Beds are very firm and only a queen in the master; In late February no sunset view from the balcony.If you want to rent a boat suggest Rose Marine, but book early.
