pool heat was included in rental rates and was very warm when we arrived – it had obviously been heated up for our arrival(in our 25years of renting properties in florida we have many times had to remind rental companies that we have paid for pool heat and it has taken 3-4 days for the pool to heat up) so many thanks everyone.The pool did get a little too warm but the “pool man” came either on the Wednesday or Thursday and explained that the pool heater was a little temperamental and could only work on either”on” or “off”, so he switched the heater off for us and the pool remained warm enough to swim comfortably for the rest of our holiday. We would certainly return to this home again and found the owner and rental company a pleasure to do business with.
