We have stayed at the Apollo before, so we knewwe enjoyed the location and the building. Thiscondo, unit 506, has been updated with all tile flooring,walk in shower and upgraded kitchen with granite counters. The one bedroom units, asthis was, are small but for two people, allthe space we need as we spend most of ourtime on the lanai taking in the GREAT viewor on the beach which is just down the elevatorand a few steps away. It’s nice to have thesunset grill on the main floor of the propertyin case there is an evening you choose towalk downstairs and catch the sunset eatingon their beach side patio. We like Marco Islandbecause it is an easy drive to restaurants andstores, leaving more time for the beautifulbeach. And, if you like shells, this is thebeach to find them!! We would definitelyreturn to this condo. (In addition to thebeautiful sunsets, we enjoyed watchingdolphin swim off the coast from our lanai,as well, that’s how close you are to the water!)
