It was a good experience overall. Getting into the building when we first got there was confusing as no one was at the desk. How to work the keys could use some explanation in the packet. Once in the door, there was a phone number to call for emergency. We didn’t think checking in was an emergency so we started to head towards our room like other guests coming in at the same time, when we were rudely stopped by the lady at the front desk telling us we should have called the emergency phone number. Other than the rocky start, the room was great and you cannot beat the view!!
