We were wanting a beachfront rental with an excellent ocean view and Seawinds #1403 delivered. The view from our unit was excellent and the beach was beautiful. The building was older and not as luxurious as some on the beach, but the building was well-located and our unit appeared to be pretty well-maintained. The unit had 2 bedrooms, 2 toilet areas with one shower room between, a full kitchen, dining table, living area, and plenty of beach equipment. Our criticisms are minor, but it would have been nice if the bedrooms had been larger, there was more storage space, the lighting had been better in the bedrooms and bathrooms, more hand soap had been provided, and if the building had a fitness room. The unit would benefit from some updating of furniture, etc. but everything was functional. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would consider staying here again.
