Building location was great. Beach was nice. Property building and grounds well maintained. View from balcony is nice and private. Living room is small and seat 2-3. Recommend additional seating for 4th person. Lighting is dim. Additional lamp need by sofa. Unit was properly equipped. Needs a new coffee maker. A bit over priced for the size of unit.
