I am submitting this to help you evaluate the condition of the property. It needs paint, knicks everywhere. The curtains are ripped and the shade is not functioning. the furniture will well used. I think the outdoor table in the kitchen is a decorating mistake and too big. The unit did not look like the picture when I rented. The property overall is in a great location. The pool in the parking lot added no ambience.
