This unit (Seaview #304) is a very nice unit. We were happy with the size and layout of this 2 bedroom condo. We did an after-hours check-in which went very smooth. The condo was clean and well kept. The location is great, it is just a few minute walk to the beach and 10- 15 minutes to some nice restaurants. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and very clean. The pool water was warm and perfect for swimming. There were some dishes that were in the cupboard that were not cleaned well by the dishwasher. We ended up hand washing several dishes to be sure they were clean. We had to do a similar cleaning with the silverware and silverware holder. I would recommend that these rental units be given a deep dive cleaning periodically. I would also recommend purchasing some sets of glasses and dishes that match and offer a variety of sizes. These could be purchased at a Walmart inexpensively. Overall we really enjoyed the condo and our stay and have booked it again for next year.
