On the positive side, the apartment was excellent in terms of appearance and amenities. We would have preferred a door rather than a curtain to the bedroom. The view from the porch gave us a peek of the ocean and the sunsets, but the traffic on Collier was so heavy that sitting out for dinner wasn’t really possible.We appreciated the heated pool and having Mary Lynne available to answer our questions. But, we wished that the rental company had provided some information about the nearest Publix grocery story and the laundry facility in writing for example. We enjoyed the heated pool and the quietness of the pool area. The location of the apartment would have been ideal because of proximity to the beach access and the short walk to fine dining, but the noise of Collier Blvd. traffic was definitely a drawback.Because we arrived after the rental office had closed for the day, we had to call the emergency number to learn where the entrance to the apartment and parking was located. Again, some of this information could have been provided in writing as a part of the information sent to us. Overall, we enjoyed our trip, felt safe in the facility, and found other guests to be friendly.
