The property was wonderful as were the staff. I had one issue that troubles me as a lone woman staying in the room. On the day of my checkout, I was in the bathroom when I heard voices in the unit. When I went to the living room there were two men there who had let themselves in and they explained they were there to clean the air ducts. I replied the checkout time was 10 am. They seemed more concerned about their timeline to clean the ducts than my finding strangers in the unit. I quickly packed my bags to get out since they were bringing in their equipment even though I had intended to leave at 9:30. When I reported the incident to staff, the gentleman was very nice and apologetic but did not seem overly concerned that this happened to a guest. Clean – yes. Staff friendly – yes. Secure – not too sure. Unhappily I cannot recommend due to that issue.
