This condo was completely remodeled- it is in fantastic condition! The condo has beach umbrellas, beach chairs and toys, beach towels, etc. The location was great- the walk across the sand to the ocean with our two teenagers was not difficult- the sand was packed in and even easy to roll a wagon across. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the views from the corner unit
