Had a great time on Marco Island. Harborview Rentals was great to work with. Easy key pick up and everything that we needed was at the rental. I love it when we don't have to purchase any beach items. Lots to choose from-chairs, umbrellas, and toys! This was a great location-so close to the beach but not the onthebeach prices! Will stay here again!

This condo was stocked with everything! Coolers, beach towels, chairs, pool noodles - Should be advertised. Extra close beach access, huge plus! The condo is older, but appreciated how well kept our unit was and clean. My teen girls LOVED the pool, and we enjoyed the gas grill available on site.

We arrived on Saturday afternoon late. Sunday morning I took pictures of the large dirty stains in the bedroom carpet by the beds. Nasty. Emailed office to have them cleaned. They had a company come over in the afternoon and clean. This unit is old and wore out. The picture must be 10 years old. Most of the dishes looks like it came from a garage sale. My wife wore socks everyday in the rooms and by night they were black. I never went barefoot, always had my sandals on.

Seaview is the perfect location for walking to the beach and seeing the sunsets. Also an easy walk to restaurants on Collier. No need to worry about the crowded public parking lot.
The unit itself is well stocked but the carpet in both bedrooms was dirty and stained. I felt the unit needed a deep clean especially during Covid.We enjoyed the screened lanai that has a nice table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Stayed at Seaview #208 for two weeks in July. Property was in an excellent location with easy access to the beach. It is a quiet property which is exactly what we were looking for. Other residents and guests were friendly, polite and respectful. We appreciated that the apartment was so well appointed. There was nothing we needed that was not included in the rental both for daily living as well as trips to the beach. Great vacation, great property, would highly recommend to others.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment was clean with comfortable beds, nice kitchen, great balcony, parking was a breeze and the kids loved the heated pool. The beach was a 2 minute walk across the street and we had a great stay and would gladly return to this condo again. Well done!
We really enjoyed our two week stay at Seaview 203. The rental agency was super responsive to the few questions that I had. The unit was comfortable and well furnished. Really good beach supplies also. The location of the condo is right across from the beach access for south Marco beach, which is outstanding. There were plenty of beach and pool supplies provided. The unit could be improved with black out curtains and replacement of older rugs.
