Seawinds #305

This was my 2 nd stay in SeaWinds # 305. This unit is very well equipped and organized. We lacked for nothing. The Management company was very responsive to the 2 small issues we had, broken beach umbrella & fixing a chair on the lanai. I recommend the location, the unit, the building and the management company.

Lovely time and would return. The Beach in view from the balcony, the pool and hot tub, the pleasant people at the front office, I could go on and on. Only problem which I find is common with many condos. many surfaces, shelves, cupboards are covered with ornaments, and shells so few places to set down one's personal items. In bathroom, a shelf of shells. In bedroom the tops of the dresser, more ornaments and shells. Living room an entire cupboard filled with shells and ornaments. End table in living room ditto. I like shells but I also like space for my coffee cup, my glasses, my reading material, my wine glass and so on. To be fair there was ample space for food and dishes. The kitchen area was well stocked. The balcony was a great place to gather at the end of the day. The second bedroom door does not open from the inside, trapping the occupants, my daughters. They had to sent me a test to get them out. Other problems such as as a faulty shower tap in the main bedroom was fixed promptly.

It felt like we were staying at a friend’s house: every need was met with care. If I regret one thing, it is forgetting to thank the owners in their guest book that they put on the white cabinet in the hallway.

Beautiful remodeled property. Excellent décor throughout. Great location on the beach. View from condo was stunning, especially the sunsets. It was very easy to book and the staff got us in early.

Condo was clean, extremely well appointed with all supplies (kitchen, bed and bath, beach items, etc), and a great location. Property Manager communications were excellent, with great followup - key pickup after hours is easy and very useful!

This condo was perfect for our 50th anniversary! It was clean, comfy, so nicely stocked with everything I needed and with beautiful views! It was awesome to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and the washer and dryer were so appreciated. The beach, hot tub and location are wonderful. We loved the screened in lanai and enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine and sunsets! We shall return and highly recommend #305.

What a beautiful condo! Extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Huge bathroom. Condo is perfectly decorated and immaculately clean. Kitchen is well-stocked. Everything looks brand new and the view from the screened porch is gorgeous. Nice pool, easy walk to beach. Closet full of beach necessities. The owners have truly thought of everything.

Only negative is the rooms are smaller. We are used to a king memory foam mattress so the bed was not comfortable for us. I would stay in this unit again.

The condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It was very clean with new appliances and updates. The view is wonderful. We hope to stay here again!!!

My husband, and 12 year old daughter had a great time during our stay at Seawind #305. We found the condo charming, clean, beachy and thoughtfully decorated. The owners clearly have their renters in mind as the condo has everything one could need, and in its place. We will rent this unit again! Thank you!

My first time in Marco Island and we loved it and will be back again. Our unit had just recently changed owners and everything was in perfect condition. When we had a issue with the wi-fi we made a call and they came right out and had it fixed the same day. I would highly recommend Seawinds #305
