Overall, we had a good experience. The property was clean and nicely updated plus it was well equipped with all the necessary beach items. At times, the unit was noisy during the day due to the work/repairs being performed in several of the nearby units and the extensive garage project.

Nice updated home that was clean.
Only downside it was a hike to get to the beach.

Had a wonderful vacation in Marco Island at this beautiful condo.
The renovations were perfect and the condo had absolutely everything we needed. The view is beautiful and the patio rockers were a lovely way to enjoy it. Would definitely book here again. The property management was very attentive as well, and sent a super nice man when we needed some help.

The condo was amazing with all amenities provided! The condo was tastefully decorated with amazing artwork! The beds were comfortable. The condo was updated with an amazing kitchen and plug ins for all of our needs for electronics.
The only thing that I did not like was the long walk to the beach! It was tough pulling the wagon with our chairs and beach umbrellas in the soft sand. Reason for the low review of location.

Updated, gorgeous condo with nice view of the ocean. Condo faces NW and avoids afternoon hot sun beating in. Laundry right around the corner. Comes with beach chairs and umbrella. Pickleball courts right across the street. Easy pool access. Only things we would have liked were a garbage disposal and ceiling fans. From all Silver Seas towers it is a good walk to the beach but not onerous.

Beautiful rental that worked perfectly for my family of 4. Fabulous location and views of the ocean with all the added amenities you could ask for. I really appreciated the fact that there were items left in the kitchen like cooking oil, salt, paper plates, etc. Normally house cleaning would wipe that out but they didn’t! So helpful!! We in turn left some goodies from our purchases hopefully that the next vacationers could use. Lovely island, lovely rental. We’ll be back!!

Our 6th floor condor had a lovely view of Tigertail lagoon, its beach, the pool shared by tower 3&4 and sunsets were enjoyed from our balcony. The less populated section of beach in front of the 4 condo towers is a short walk away and the waters are calm and warm enough to be enjoyed in May. Marco island is easy to navigate with many awesome restaurants, The Boulevard, La Tavola to name just 2! The condo is stocked with dishes and cooking implements. I would strongly suggest that more consumable essentials be stocked in the condo such as toilet paper and hand soap given the nightly cost of the unit, taxes and fees. Overall, we enjoyed the decor of this unit and the proximity to the elevator and parking garage, and it’s location on Collier blvd. I especially enjoyed the walk along the canals at the neighboring two story condos on this gated property. I would consider staying here again. Beds were very comfortable (1 King, 1 queen and 1 queen sofa bed, which we didn’t use).
