"I rented F507 For my Granddaughter and her new husband for a gift. We have rented F507 and other condo's at the Riverside,(I have a condo there). It's a wonderful place and F507 is a beautiful condo and we were lucky to get it. The newly weds had a wonderful time and they will difenitly come again.

SO relaxing

"Previous to our leaving home, I'd read a review on line that detailed the problems/ complication a reviewer had with getting the keys, as in WHERE to pick them up & low & then we had the same problem, but once that was straightened away, we found the condo & the complex to be more than we anticipated, especially considering we'd rented the 4 previous years on the beach. Being an avid reader, I found it difficult to concentrate on my book because of all the boat traffic & other activiities going on at the marina just below the building we were in, however to those concerned with noise, all the marina activity was done when the marina's day was done at 8PM. Other then the bathroom, which is small( & needs to be updated) the rest of the condo & the (screened in) patio is plenty spacious & comfortable for 2 people & these 2 people have already booked it for a month next year because we enjoyed the complex & the other renters that much.

"This was our second January at Riverside and we had an excellent time. The view, location, access to food and drink, condo and neighbors etc. were terrific. We had friends in the area which made the vacation special even though the weather was a little cool with some rain. Nice quiet end of Olde Marco. Great time and would recommend to all.

"We stayed at the rental the first week of January. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a big plus, about a five minute drive to Tigertail Beach. We loved watching all the boats go by on the river. It's a short walk to The Snook Inn one of our favorite restaurants on the island. The condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The only complaint was the stove oven not working. We would love to come back to this unit next year! We highly recommend it.

"MY VACATION EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. MY FAMILY WENT AND RENTED 5 CONDO'S MINE WAS VERY NICE. BUT MY SISTER NAME IS MARTHA AND I AM LUCILLE JOHNSON . I RENTED F507. SHE RENTED F303 AND HER CONDO WAS NOT CLEAN AND DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER KITCHEN TOWELS. JUST 1 AND IT WAS A RAG. SHE DID FILL OUT THE REVIEW. MY WAS BEAUTIFUL AND I WOULD DO IT AGAIN.

Cute Condo with Water View

"Our condo was clean as a whistle and cute as a button. I highly recommend this accommodation for a couple or small family. The lanai features an outstanding view of the Jolly Bridge and Marco River. You'll also love the pool and hot tub with scenic surroundings. Very reasonably priced!

"This was our 2nd time at Riverside Club. Last year it was 1 month and this year it was 2 months. We are scheduled already for next year for 2 months at the same condo. It is a perfect condo for us. Beautiful, clean, and fully furnished for anything you need. The owner keeps in touch for anything we might need and is very accommodating. And, very close to many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We just love it!

"Great place, well equipped and clean. We have been to Riverside 3 times before but this was the best unit by far.We enjoyed walking down to the fishing dock every afternoon and watching for the dolphins and meeting other guests at the same time....great stay, a hidden jewel.
