"We loved Seaview 304! A bright corner end unit great for a family. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, plus plenty of towels and supplies. Brand new washer and dryer inside the condo, very convenient! Beach closet packed with floats, toys, tennis racquets, and a beach wagon, which made getting to the beach so easy. Directly across the street from beach access, so it’s perfect for morning walks or catching beautiful sunsets. The outdoor area is well kept too, pool looks new and a nice poolside BBQ. Great location all around. My family had the most amazing time and can’t wait to come back!!

"We have been spending Thanksgiving on Marco Island in the Seaview condos for the past 7 or 8 years. We rent multiple condos to accommodate the extended family; Seaview 304 is the base of operations and where we have Thanksgiving dinner. Seaview is a hidden gem. It's directly across the street from the South Beach Access. You can see the Gulf from the living room, kitchen, dining room and the master bedroom. The condo is spacious, bright and very comfortable.

"Repeat guests. We love Seaview 304 and appreciate the improvements and upgrades. New carpets, stainless steel appliances, new couches etc. Very clean, amply stocked kitchen, supplies, towels etc. Washer and dryer inside the unit is a fantastic amenity, especially with children. "This was our second stay at the Seaview unit. We were there six weeks and loved every minute of it!! It is a great place with an easy 5 minute walk to South Beach. "This unit (Seaview #304) is a very nice unit. We were happy with the size and layout of this 2 bedroom condo. We did an after-hours check-in which went very smooth. The condo was clean and well kept. The location is great, it is just a few minute walk to the beach and 10- 15 minutes to some nice restaurants. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and very clean. The pool water was warm and perfect for swimming. There were some dishes that were in the cupboard that were not cleaned well by the dishwasher. We ended up hand washing several dishes to be sure they were clean. We had to do a similar cleaning with the silverware and silverware holder. I would recommend that these rental units be given a deep dive cleaning periodically. I would also recommend purchasing some sets of glasses and dishes that match and offer a variety of sizes. These could be purchased at a Walmart inexpensively.
Overall we really enjoyed the condo and our stay and have booked it again for next year.

"My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was truly perfect. It was, as stated, across the street from public access to the beach. It offered views in two directions, and a wonderful view of the sunset each night. The apartment itself was very nice. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed. Bathrooms were very clean. One had limited hot water, but the management company offered to come and address it immediately. We were very happy that the owners supplied all the beach equipment we needed. The development at the pool was beautiful and very quiet. Overall a fantastic experience. Would return to this unit if we returned to Marco Island

"When we arrived, the keys were easy to find with just a short drive away from the condo. The place was clean and there were even partial views of the ocean. The condo was decorated so beautifully! We enjoyed daily beach days with an easy walk to the beach and nightly sunsets with the family. The condo had everything we needed, beach toys, chairs and boogie boards. We ate at Joeys pizza, and had delivery one night, we went to CJ’s and Mangos!! We also did an airboat ride at Corrie Billies, I would highly recommend that!!
We are excited to make this a yearly family vacation! We all enjoyed staying and would highly recommend it!

However, we found the beige sofas to be very musty smelling. We ended up covering them in sheets to sit on. Also, a broom & dustpan would have been very beneficial. A beach vacation always attracts sand, & while we loved the tiled floors & lanai, we would have liked to have given it a sweep every now & then!A great vacation rental for a family of 4.

"We were very happy with Seaview # had everything we needed for a beach holiday. We thought that we had read that there would be a beach buggy available but there was none when we stayed. "Condo was clean and bright, beds were very comfortable, and it's literally across the street from the beach! We had a great week enjoying the beach and the pool. Gas grill is down by the pool - cooked up some great steaks for the 4th of July. Thanks for the great stay!

"Well placed and well equipped condo, a stones throw from the beach. There is a road in front of the condo and a car park to the side but so quiet when we were there (early May), that it really didn't matter. Walking distance to several restaurants and to the only cinema on the island. The condo is spacious and has everything you will need for a beach stay, beach chairs, umbrellas beach cart though. Managing agent helpful and responsive. We were able to see sunset views from the screened balcony. No safe in property.

"Excellent time.

We loved the view from our balcony. You could watch all the activity of people heading to residents beech and walking up and down the street. You could also see the ocean between the building.

The access to resident beach was perfect. You could see all the cars lined up to try to get into the public parking across the street and we just walked over.

The condo was in great condition. Plenty of beach chairs and even fishing poles. Pool was wonderful and met a lot of very nice people.
