"We stayed in June during a heat wave. Recommend a lot of sun screen and hydration. The unit has everything needed and the building was immaculate. You need to always take your key no matter what core you are doing.

"Lovely view from the balcony made our morning coffee the best ever. Great location and beach was never crowded even on the weekend. Only a brief walk to Doreen's for breakfast or lunch. The condo was well equipped and furnitured, clean with many beach supplies. We had a great stay.

"The condo was lovely. There were a few minor things that we felt could be different. For instance, we were made to do laundry, and had to pay for the washer and dryer to do towels, which we felt was wrong. Some of the beach equipment that was furnished was not in great working order. "This view of this condo (magnificent), the pool, the grounds, the beach area, ease of parking, kitchen being completely stocked and amount of beach gear available are rated a 5-plus. However, the overall rating we are giving this condo is a 4.
The condo needs a bit of updates - for example, the beds are so soft and the linens on the bed
seemed to be stretched-out or perhaps too big. There was no actual "shower curtain" in the second
bathroom - just a vinyl liner. The grey chair in the living room was lop-sided and uncomfortable to sit it. There were vertical blinds missing in the living room and each of the bedrooms. The condo was extremely clean. The AC worked terrific and the water pressure in the shower was great.

"This condo is very nice and updated the closet space in the master bedroom is so nice to spread out the furnishings are updated and the televisions in the bedding is very nice so you feel like you’re staying at a really nice hotel even though it’s a condo. The kitchen is very nice the appliances are very nice basically everything’s been re-modeled and it feels like a nice home the view is outstanding in the balcony is so large. I would normally read this a five star but there was a very large stain on one of the upholster headboard’s and my daughter had to sleep tonight against this big stain and it was really really should’ve been picked up by the cleaning staff before we arrived so other than that the condo was excellent and I’m sure I’m sure the cleaning staff didn’t see the stain when she was changing the bedding before we checked in. The rental company was very quick to send someone out but because of the Easter holiday I it took a day or two to get someone out to clean the headboard. I would Definitely recommend and would stay here again we really enjoyed our stay

"The condo we originally rented was damaged from the hurricane, so Stephen at Harborview was very helpful in finding another unit for us to stay in. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is beautiful and the balcony had a beautiful view of the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo. Some good restaurants to eat at are Joey's Italian restaurant, Mangoes and Island Gypsy Cafe. All have outdoor seating which is what we enjoyed about them and the food was excellent.

Nice Unit

"The unit was a very nice rental. The location can't be beat and the view is spectacular. The unit is well equipped with ample beach towels, chairs, dishes, etc. There were a few little problems such as the blinds by the sliding doors didn't work well so we couldn't even open them in the master. Also a couple of the chairs on the balcony were broken and couldn't be used. With these slight corrections, all would be great!

"We have been coming to the South seas tower 3 for25 years. Each time we reserve a unit we are concerned about the condition. We have had both good and bad experiences. This time it was a joy. The kitchen was beautiful. The dining and living areas were very nice. The master bed and bedspread weren't perfect but that was our only complaint. "Great location, my only issues were the laundry I had to do before I left and the dishes I had to do before I left the unit at 4 am. I paid a cleaning fee on top of it. What the purpose of a cleaning lady if I had to 33% of the clean up?
