" When we book a place we want it to be clean, comfortable and beautifully designee and a place that we can call it our home for the duration of our stay And this place has it all. We absolutely love this condo. We created some great memories for the past 2 times we stayed here.

"The unit, SouthseasTower 3 #606 was very clean and comfortable and modern. Both bedrooms had ceiling fans, but we never did figure out how to turn them on after trying all switches. Maybe they just didn’t work. Fortunately, there was a small fan in a closet which we used. We never turn off our ceiling fans at home. Also, was not a fan of the HVAC thermostat. Some days were chilly for southern FL and the thermostat did not allow settings above 74°.

"We loved staying at this condo. It has everything you need! There’s a beach cart, beach chairs (2 adult 1 smaller), soft cooler, 2 beach umbrellas, beach towels, buckets and shelling nets and everything you need to cook meals. As mentioned before, it is a bit of a walk to the actual Gulf across this vast sand “field” all made easier with the cart. Would definitely stay here again. Get info on how to enter the building if you arrive after Harborview is closed...we had to search for the actual entry to the tower, should have asked the gate attendant. Enjoy!

"The unit was absolutely beautiful. Many updates throughout. Extra beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and a large cart were helpful too. We loved the huge balcony and the great view. A short walk to the morning coffee shop or the local gourmet pizza place for dinner were part of our stay. Loved the gated community and access to shuffleboard, bocce ball, putting green, tennis and pickle ball courts. All equipment is available for guests to use. We arrived way after hours and had no problem picking up our welcome packet and entering the property.

Fabulous condo and views

"We were scheduled to rent this condo in March 2020 but postponed due to Covid (and the owner and management company were incredibly kind about rebooking). We were a little concerned about recent reviews before heading down there, but our concerns were unfounded: the condo is beautiful (and beautifully redone); it was spotless when we arrived; there were brand new sofas in the unit; the sheets and bath towels were in excellent shape (and seemed new); and there is a knife sharpener in the knife block so we just sharpened the knives and they worked great. The wraparound balcony is wonderful. The beach is beautiful - a bit of a walk, but not at all difficult. Our only complaints were: there were only 4 old, tattered beach towels (unit sleeps 6 and there were 5 of us); the laundry is inconvenient and a bit pricey; and the pool is very small to accommodate 2 buildings (and was always overcrowded). But I don’t think those would prevent us from returning.

"This was our second year at south Sea Tower 3 #606. The condo was clean on arrival, and had a few paper supplies to start off our stay. We come with another couple, and we love this spot as it has a nice view of the gulf, and is a short walk to the beach. If you like to walk it is within walking distance to a few restaurants, stores, nail salons, and Tigertail beach. The kitchen is updated with new appliances. We did eat in more this year, and found there was a lack of sharp knives to prep food, or cut meat. Some of the sheets on the bed had large holes in them, but the linen closet had extra supplies so this was easy to remedy. The staff at South Seas Tower, are all friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained, and facilities are clean. This is a nice escape away from the cold weather back home!

"Always wanted to escape January weather and watch the sunset! This condo is really nice especially for a rental. The kitchen and baths were nicely renovated and there was plenty of space for our family of 4 to unpack and spread out. We ate in most nights and loved how it had everything we needed. The laundry is down the hall by trash disposal by elevators. Very convenient. We loved that the walls were white and not covered in art. Felt newer and cleaner. The living room furniture is comfortable and we covered with sheets to not see some of the wear and tear. The views and being able to enjoy the sun on the balcony were healing!
Thanks to Stephen and these thoughtful owners for making this a really nice experience for us! Even the the pool was closed for most of our trip we were still able to make the most of our time away. We had one day in the pool and it was heated and felt great! They are very strict with pool rules and it closes at dusk.

"Have stayed in South Seas towers many, many times going back almost 20 years. This unit is beautiful. Recently remodled, the open kitchen, center island, and master bath are very well done-- bright and open. The view is exceptional. The kitchen was well appointed, beds very comfortab le and plenty of towels, beach chairs etc.
There were a few things that were a bit disappointing. The property wasn't very clean. Many of the pieces of flatware, utensils, dishes/glasses in the cabinets and drawers needed to be washed. There are a number of plastic plants in the condo, that frankly don't need to be there and if they are going to be, need to be dusted and washed. One of the chairs in the living room is very stained and worn out as well. We had a wonderful trip and would stay here again. I hope this feedback will be helpful

A Unit with a View

"My family had a great experience staying here. I read reviews from previous guests that were bothered by construction noise. We weren’t bothered even though we could see renovations going on in common areas and neighboring units. Noise here and there, but not a bother. This end unit and all the windows is the real prize! Beautiful views of the beach and landscape. The private balcony was another highlight. The remodeled kitchen was gorgeous and appliances were impressive. Especially the fridge with internet and a screen. It even played music while we ate! Small issues existed with bifold doors getting off track, walls needed a final coat of paint. Easily to overlook the small stuff when the view is right there!

Beautiful Condo with great views

"Wonderful stay in this Condo last week. The views are nice. The condo is well equipped for cooking. Rental agent was easy to work with. Although the beach is a long walk back and forth, it's worth it. It would be nice if the condo had a wagon to use to take beach items to the beach, but other than that, everything was great! Building 3 is close to the tennis and pickleball courts which we used several times. Gym was not available at the time of our stay because of renovations which was a bummer, but hopefully next time it will be open. Pool was clean and water temperature was perfect.

Million Dollar View – Condo needs decorating!

"Very disappointed with Reno - wasn't done! no decor on walls and walls needed paint! Shower handle fell off first use in master bath, dirty mirrors and windows throughout and lots of long black hair in linens and in bathrooms and 2nd bed! Furniture in living room was very dirty including throw pillows were disgusting! There was an island and spot for bar stools but there were none! Unit was not finished properly! Also, no beach cart - half mile walk and had to carry everything. Pricey for amenities. No washer in unit!! Huge negative because there is space for one! Pool was warn but crowded, Beach is AMAZING! Great Location!! Great View - just overpriced.

"We arrived at South Seas Tower 3 at the beginning of the Coronavirus shutdown. No trouble getting there and after entering #606 and seeing the view, we knew we had made the right decision to go on with our vacation. Mornings spent on the veranda, afternoons at the ocean beach, and wonderful meals from Marco Island restaurants made for the perfect week. Yes, it was a trek out to the beach, but that was the only exercise we got! Renting a condo rather than going to a resort turned out to be a great decision. With the large beach and the suite in Tower 3, we had minimal contact with others and were able to stay our entire week before going home to the shelter in place edicts. My favorite part of the stay was mornings and evenings spent on the veranda with the beautiful views.

Easy walking distance to several nice restaurants and stores, and a short (1/2 mile) walk to the beach. Some of our activities included walking, fishing and shelling on the beach. The farmers market has great fresh produce, and the Knights of Columbus sponsors several musical shows during the year. South Seas Towers is well maintained, and all staff were helpful and friendly. We had a few minor issues that Harborview Reality took care of in a timely manor. We found WiFI to be spotty at times, especially in the bedrooms at night, Overall we all enjoyed and stay, and will be back again next year.

Good Condo With Difficult Environment

"The condo was as advertised. Decent amenities, size, and furnishings. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. The location of the condo is great and very convenient, near everything on the island. It was a quick walk to the beach, which is nice even though it takes a while to get from sand to the water. The only real issue we had was the constant and prevalent construction. The large building was getting windows replaced for many of its units. This work occurred 5 days a week from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. We had lifts located on each side of our corner condo and it sounded like a war zone most of the time, inside and out. The beach was also getting re-graded by the city, so a massive section was roped off with bulldozers and other equipment working 6 days a week. This greatly decreased the ambience of the entire experience. I know this is not the fault of the rental company or owner. However, some greater transparency on this issue would have been nice so we would at least have known to expect this and choose elsewhere if this would not work for us. Additionally, I think the price could have been lowered somewhat in light of these constant disturbances. I would recommend calling the property directly to get the construction schedule prior to booking the next time. Other than that, it was an all and all beautiful location and experience.

"This building is a location we have stayed at before. We were not disappointed. The condo has a wonderful view of the gulf. With two teenage boys, the accommodations were perfect. Ample room to play games, eat, cook, or just sit around and relax.

Review of a top-notch condominium!

"This is the 5th. time in the past 9 years we have stayed in this unit. The owner continues to make improvements in a unit that is in good shape! I convinced a friend from Denver to stay a couple of years ago. he was also impressed. Boy this is small!!! I would recommend a purchase of a set of sharp knives along with some new teflon fry pans. Small items compared to the major improvements they continue to make on major items!!!

Very Relaxing and Beautiful

"Overall we really liked the condo. The floor plan is great, the view spectacular. The condo unit was extremely clean and you can tell a big effort is made. The overall building is old and musty. It is a very far walk from the beach so you need to make sure that you are prepared when you go. No such thing as running back to the room to get something. Also, the property definitely caters to retired people over young families. Many rules that scream"we don't like kids" eg. can only have pool toys in the pool during two 1 hours slots during the day. If you are at the beach, then it really isn't an issue.
