4/17/2025 - Attention South Seas 2025 Summer Renters - South Seas are replacing the catwalks on the outside part of the building have sent us the schedule of when work will commence for each floor. Floors 15-19 work in Tower 4 is set from 5/5 thru 5/20. They will also be starting floors 9-14 on 5/12 and that work runs thru 5/24, floors 4-8 5/19 thru 6/3, finally floors 1-3 5/27 thru 6/11. There is potential for noise and dust during this project.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Registration/Parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay per vehicle.

"Overall we had a very good experience in the South Seas Tower 4 but there were some disappointments. On the plus side, the location is very good having access directly to the beautiful beach and all supermarkets, restaurants etc. are within a 5/10 minute drive. The 7th floor (of 19) had very good panoramic views of the beach. The pool was clean and safe with a lifeguard and generally sunbeds were available. Security is good to access the property and all access points require keys or codes. The AC performed well. Kitchen had all appliances needed with a very large fridge. Cable TV was available with many channels and the Wifi was very good. Reasonably spacious with great views of the sea from a nice balcony. Master bedroom has a nice queen bed and plenty of storage for clothes etc. Each room has its own en suite with bath and shower. Going North along the Beach takes you to Tigertail which has excellent shelling and views. It also has a bird sanctuary and early in the morning it has wonderful sights of flocks of seabirds.
On the negative side, the property is dated in its decor and fit out. The cable TV was not working on arrival. The beds were uncomfortable and the AC is loud. There was no kettle at the property but there is one now!The Tower 4 car park was not available during our stay and so we had to hike from the Tower 3 car park. If you're a smoker you'll find only one point thats available which is 400 yards outside down the road. No smoking allowed elsewhere (even though there was an ashtray on the balcony!). The hike to the seafront takes 15 minutes across the sand. If you want to go North along the beach for shells etc., do not wade across the lagoon as there's a danger you'll fully submerge. The lifeguard at the pool is somewhat draconian! There are only a few umbrellas. Remember the security code for access to the building as some doors do not use the keys provided. When we arrived we were charged $200 service fee before keys would be given.

"This is our second stay at this needs some updating but was clean and well maintained. It is a pleasure dealing with Harborview Realty. Steve and his team were quick to respond to any and all of our questions.They checked in on us to make sure we were happy with the rental. We will stay here again next year.

"Steve at Harborview Rentals was a pleasure to work with and responsive to all our questions. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The unit has a great view of Tigertail and the Gulf. Some updating of the kitchen, bathrooms and the furniture would be welcomed.The pool was terrific. The unit included beach chairs, a beach wagon and some toys for the kids. We love Marco Island.

"We enjoyed the property. The location and facilities are very nice including tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, putting green.Pool is nice and balcony view. The unit is very clean and mostly comfortable. Could use updating in kitchen but very functional. Bedroom needs better lighting and more comfortable pillows. Not big issues but would improve overall comfort. Would definitely stay again.

"Family was looking for warm sun and beach time for our spring break and chose Marco Island area. Property was in a great location for beach access, but the overall property is in need of some renovations. Pool area was a bit small, but we were mostly beachbound anyway. The rental unit was also in need for some renovations, but the views were great overlooking Tigertail beach area.
