San Marco Residences has the setup, but most importantly, the location you need for your next vacation! Located directly across from 1 of only 4 public beach access points, the complex offers all guests the direct beach access everyone desires. Take advantage of that beach access without having to pay those beachfront prices! On top of that access, the complex is located just a half block north of the newly finished J.W. Marriott!!!

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

Attention Renters - Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be going through an exterior painting project. It is expected to take roughly 3 months to complete barring any weather delays. Prep work for this project will begin right around April 22nd and work set to commence May 1st on the east side of the building. Thru time guests can expect work and workers present around the building and potential for noise while occupying a condo.

"How good has our experience been? We re-upped for a fourth year. The location is great: across from the beach entrance, and within walking distance of good restaurants. The condo is well stocked.
Recommendations for 202: a safety bar in the tub/shower. A table between the oven and the window wall. We had to use the ironing board for extra storage. A floor lamp is needed near the love seat--the table lamp doesn't give enough light for reading. Both the sofa and love seat give a whoopee cushion effect.
Ok--enough of what's needed. We're still returning for a fourth year.

"This is a very well equipped and high quality apartment. We stayed a week and were very comfortable. Security is good, location is great, furnishings are top notch, the apartment is very roomy. We just couldn't have wanted anything more and would definitely stay here again. (Note that you have an assigned parking spot - the unit number is in the parking space. I don't believe that is indicated up front.)

Great location and cute condo

"We had to make a last minute change in our plans and were able to secure this condo the day we arrived. It is nicely decorated, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location is great directly across from public beach access and just down the street from many restaurants. Throughout our stay we had to extend a couple days 2 different times and the management was happy to assist. If your looking for pickleball or tennis it's right there on the property as well. The only downside was that both of the doors leading to the bedroom were loud so if one of us woke up and did not want to wake the other closing a door or opening it would end up doing that anyhow. Other than 5that it was a great stay.

"The property is very well located, and there is no need to take your car to get to the beach. The appartment was loaded with all kind of beach apparel. It also has a very nice terrace viewing Collier Bvd and is really quiet. There are many restaurants nearby and some of them are walking distance. Although we had no need to to be asisted by the manager it ́s a plus to have his office located on the same building.

"Very nice condo located right across the street from beach access which is a big deal on the island! Condo was equipped with all the beach accessories! In addition, the condo came with 2 bicycles which we enjoyed as well. Very clean. I would recommend this condo!

"We have stayed in San Marco Residence in unit 202 and had a wonderful stay. The unit was nice and clean, very comfortable beds, a nice terrasse for breakfast and dinner. Only smaller downside is, that there is no dishes, but that was not a big issue for us. Also we had the chance to meet the owner of the unit and both were very, very kind and helpful.

Marco Residence is across of the public beach access near the Marriott. Great location, with BBQ, Tenniscourt and a nice pool. We will be back next year.

"We had a most enjoyable stay in this condo. If you can't be on the beach, this is the next best location because of the public access across the street. The condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies, and even had beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart to pull them. Robust wifi and HD dishwasher, but not a deal breaker for us.

"Great location. Well equipped condo with three MINOR cautions: (1) no dishwasher (2) A/C limited at 74 degrees (wife prefers COOL sleeping temps) (3) a little below average bed comfort. Otherwise, a very nice stay. Homey, attractive decorating.
