San Marco Residences has the setup, but most importantly, the location you need for your next vacation! Located directly across from 1 of only 4 public beach access points, the complex offers all guests the direct beach access everyone desires. Take advantage of that beach access without having to pay those beachfront prices! On top of that access, the complex is located just a half block north of the newly finished J.W. Marriott!!!

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

Attention Renters - Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be going through an exterior painting project. It is expected to take roughly 3 months to complete barring any weather delays. Prep work for this project will begin right around April 22nd and work set to commence May 1st on the east side of the building. Thru time guests can expect work and workers present around the building and potential for noise while occupying a condo.

"Condo unit is a little dated, but everything works OK. The bed is way too old and needs to be replaced. We sank toward the depression in the center each night. The pool in the complex is very nice. You are almost directly across the street from the JW Marriott. There is easy beach access right in front of the building. You have to buy your own toilet paper and supplies, which is questionable for an expensive 5 day stay in a condo. Overall, it is a great condo in a great location.

"We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great. There were plenty of amenities and the condo was exactly what we were looking for. The only issue we had was with the bed. The mattress seamed to be very old and worn out with parts of it sunken in resulting in some very restless nights. We tried the pullout and unfortunately that was just as bad with the head of the mattress sitting significantly lower than the foot. If the mattress were to be changed, there wouldn't be anything to complain about as it was clean, had tons of amenities and a great location!

"I would never opt to stay in a hotel over a condo rental like this again! Right across from the Marriott, we had the best beach access, accommodations, and also the privacy and peace of not dealing with a big chain hotel! The condo was clean, homey, and the bed was more comfortable than any 5-star hotel I’ve stayed in! I would recommend and would do it again next opportunity for a getaway!

"This was our first trip to Marco Island and I can say with certainty that it will not be our last! James McGregor was very helpful and the staff at Harborview rentals was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. While I was hoping to get a condo with a view of the ocean, the location of this condo was perfect. We had access to the beach through a path right across the street and being on the main road, we were able to find a variety of restaurants for dining. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, equipped with things we needed (towels, dishes, etc) and quiet. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, watching other guests play tennis, smelling the steaks on the grill, and just relaxing on the balcony. We plan to return next year and will surely contact Harborview for accommodations.
